Jon Warga -
Varsity Head Coach
Jon has had success with multiple competitive NFL Flag league and tournament championship teams including a 70 game win-streak. He led the inaugural Golden Demons to a 10 -win season, playoff victory and top-10 finish.
Eric Anhold - Junior Varsity Head Coach
"Coach E" has been coaching flag football for over 20 years across all age groups, including multiple championship teams. Eric plays a key role in the program, building the future of Golden Flag Football in a positive, fun, and competitive environment.
Russell Lombard - Defensive Coordinator
Coach Russell brings a wealth of knowledge from years of playing and coaching sports across all levels. He coaches and calls the defense for varsity, and provides insight and support to the entire program.
Mike Chirstensen - Assistant Coach
Born and raised in Arvada, Colorado, “Coach Mike” is passionate about girls flag football, and leads player development. He focuses on inner-squad player personnel, identifying and applying each athlete’s unique skill set and abilities to help them reach optimal performance.
Ashley Ambrose -Technical Advisor
Ashley Ambrose volunteers with the team to support the coaching staff as a technical advisor. With over 10-years coaching in NCAA football (after a distinguished 13-year career in the NFL), Ashley currently works as a Student Engagement Advocate in Jeffco Schools on dropout prevention.
